Welcome to the SouthTech Schools Student Application System

We’re excited that you are considering joining the SouthTech Academy Family!

As you complete your application, you will be asked to indicate which academies you are interested in. You may select a first, second, and third choice. Every effort will be made to assign you to your first choice whenever possible, but please include backup options in case it becomes necessary.

 Important Information

In order for your application to be reviewed and considered for admission, the following records must be submitted:

  • Transcripts
  • Attendance records for the current year and the previous two years
  • Disciplinary records for the current year and the previous two years

These documents must be uploaded directly within the online application portal.
Please click here for directions on how to obtain these records from the Parent/Student SIS Gateway Portal.

Please note: Your application cannot move forward to the review stage until all required documents are received.

Once all required materials have been submitted, your application will be reviewed in March, and admission decision letters will be mailed in April.
Applications submitted after March will take approximately 4–6 weeks to process.
